  • How do I signup for an account?

    Signing up couldn't be easier! Just go to our signup page to get started!

    Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email from info@kittycattery.com requiring you to validate your email address. Simply click on the link in this email to complete the registration process.

    That's it!

  • How do I login to my account?

    Once you have validated your account, you can login here. You will need to have your registered email address and account password to login.

    Note: You will only be able to login after you have validated your email address.

  • I am unable to login to my account

    There are a few reasons why you may be unable to login to your account:

    1. Invalid login information: Make sure that you are entering the email address that you provided during registration. If you are unable to remember your password, you can recover your password here. If you are confident that you have the correct information, please make sure that your CAPS lock is not on.

    2. Account not validated: Once you have registered with KittyCattery.com, you will be required to validate your email address in order to prove that you are the actual owner of this email address. To validate your email address, simply click on the link in the validation email that you received after signing up.

  • I never received a validation email

    A couple of reasons could prevent you from receiving the account validation email:

    1. You may have entered an incorrect email address during registration (ie. misspelled or incomplete email address).

    2. The validation email might have been sent to your SPAM / Junk mail folder. Please check these folders to see if there are any emails from KittyCattery.com.

    If you are still unable to receive the validation email, click here to send us a note. You will need to include the email address that you are trying to validate along with the name used during registration.
